Policy-making intelligence support and communications strategy for the political leadership of a European Government in open dispute with the European Commission, regarding an austere piece of legislation affecting media ownership.

Critical Publics conducted pan-European benchmarking of regulatory practices in the domain and recalibrated the piece of legislation to be in accord with prevalent European political trends and regulatory best practices. The project concluded with effective communications and the subsequent passing of the revised piece of legislation.
